Ingredients

Base dough

  • 1bag mamas dough mix  (includes yeast pouch)

  • Canola oil for frying

Toppings

  • Golden syrup

  • Cream

Equipment

  • Rolling pin

  • Glass dinner plate

  • Frying pan

  • Chop sticks

Method

Follow instructions on mamasdough mix to form basic dough

Roll out into a rectangle approx. 1-2cm thick

Heat oil in frying pan to medium high heat while you let the dough rise

Using the edge of the dinner plate, roll your plate cut dough into square pieces

Fry pieces for approx. 2min each side using chop sticks to flip

Place finished fry bread on a wire rack to cool

Serve warm with golden syrup, butter and cream
